For 40 years, the people have tried to tell politicians they want less immigration, but the politicians won’t listen. Every single elite group in America is aligned against the public — the5 media, ethnic activists, big campaign donors, Wall Street, multimillionaire farmers and liberal “churches.” They all want mass immigration from the Third World to continue. Both political parties connive to grant illegal aliens citizenship and bring in millions more legally, and the media hide the evidence.

We’ve tried. Just look at the 2014 GOP graduating class in Congress. Useless as tits on a boar hog.
Because, no matter what the party affiliation it all comes down to money. From the greedy, immigration-loving corporate donor they get a $50,000.00 campaign contribution. From you, they get maybe $25.00. Who will they listen to in the end?
It is RACIST to impose SLAVE WAGES on LEGAL IMMIGRANTS AND MINORITIES, by flooding the labor market with ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS.
That’s right, that told me definitively we are now a once party country. RINOs/Liberals both the same thing. All of them are traitors as far as I’m concerned.
My old neighborhood where I grew up in Woodside Queens, I can’t even believe what it’s like now. You would think you were in Mexico. Same with Sunnyside which is a few miles west, that’s where the actor James Caan grew up. It’s like Arab land now.
Contact Senator Bill Cassidy of Louisiana. He campaigned against Obamacare, illegal immigration, and Obama. He was elected on a Saturday, the next Tuesday, to finish out his term as Representative, he voted for ALL three.

I never fully realized until after the 2014 elections just how utterly bought and paid for and corrupt our central government has become. We are held in contempt by them while they cater to their corporate masters wants and needs. And that is on both sides of the aisle. Because money talks and bullsh** walks. That is all it is about now.
It has really hit home and caused me to think very differently now.

I have just finished reading this book and the excerpt in the Post is just the introduction. I wish we had the 150 pages that were cut, because Ann goes into more depth on several very important aspects of the issue and I know there was lots of good stuff in those pages.
Something I never realized before is that the H1B workers are like indentured servants. They HAVE to suffer the low wages that make them more desirable than American workers, because if they don’t and decide to quit, they don’t get their green card. Should have been obvious to me but it wasn’t.
Some of her riffs are hilarious—except that they are so disturbing. We have noticed on FR how the media don’t tell us the whole story, notably in the identification of criminals, but she makes it funny and therefore more pointed.
I’ll try not to say any more. You will find your own favorite chapters and passages.
We just did, and the new politicians did not keep their promises.
A quick flip like that shows total duplicity and brings to mind the old quote that when the government fears the people, there is freedom and when the people fear the government, there is tyranny. Unless the peoples' representatives fear a sure and quick justice, the government will continue to do as it and its conspirators please.
I like her books and writing style, more than I like her personal appearances.

I was really hopeful that many more would fall in primaries last year.

Shouldn't that be "unfettered"? Fettered would mean immigration is restricted, which it is surely not.
All of NY is like that. There are very few Americans left in NYC. No matter what color or age it seems like everyone there is from a foreign land.
