the Cavaliers are the clear-cut favorites to win next year's championship.

The Golden State Warriors outlasted the depleted Cavaliers on Tuesday, clinching this year's championship with a 105-97 win in Game 6 of the NBA Finals.

But the Westgate Las Vegas SuperBook made Cleveland the early 9-4 favorite to win the 2016 NBA title. Golden State and the Oklahoma City Thunder are next at 5-1, followed by the Los Angeles Clippers (10-1), San Antonio Spurs (12-1) and Chicago Bulls (12-1). A lot could change during the offseason, with a plethora of big-name free agents possibly on the move.

With James, Love and Irving healthy, it falls on the supporting cast like Dellavedova to deliver. They need upgrades in the bench. Shumpert, Mosgov and Thompson are fine, though.

I don’t blame Lebron because it’s not his fault but his long tenure in the historic garbage Eastern Conference masked some of his greatness. I think the only team that could have seriously challenge Lebron whether he was on Cavs or Miami probably would have been the Chicago Bulls with a healthy Derrick Rose a few years ago.

If I was GM I might trade Irving. For some reason I think they are better without him. Do they want Love back?

One of the most critical parts of the Warriors winning this year was declining to part with Green in a trade for Love. Timberwolves said Green or nothing. I would not have traded Green.

The NBA season is over, Thank God. With Love and Irving hurt, the Cavs just didn’t have the firepower to overcome the Warriors. Congrats to Golden State, but I found this as compelling as the Women’s World Cup. Bring on the U.S. Open!

Well, the guy could only do so much. If James was the one who was injured, and not Irving or Love, the finals would have been done in four boring blowouts. James took them to within two games on his back.

Love him or hate him, he is something to watch.

Yeah, especially with a guy who self identifies himself as ‘The Greatest Player in the World’.

Arrogance does not win championships.

Remember the Vegas odds are not what they THINK is going to happen, they are to even out the betting and make sure Vegas always wins.

MJ never lost a Finals series, LeBron has lost four.
