Since we're getting into banning symbols of things we don't like, how about banning any and every display of the Texas flag. That'll show 'em.

Or the Star of David?

They can only pick one target at a time. The success in demonizing the Confederate flag will lead to more success later. The formula could not be more simple: create a “right wing” whacko, wrap him in some flag, send him out on a shooting spree.

My daughter’s boyfriend came to Texas for a visit. After we picked him up we were headed to the house and he said, “Why are there so many Texas flags here?”
Texans will never, ever give up the flag. I believe there are just as many if not more Texas flags flying in Texas as US flags.

Ban the Mexican flag. Those reconquita dreamers keep wanting “the South (of the border)” to rise again. They want to restage the war of 1836.

You don’t want to go there. Trust me on this...

I wonder what Six Flags is going to do...
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Six_Flags_Over_Texas
The name “Six Flags Over Texas” refers to the flags of the six different nations that have governed Texas: Spain, France, Mexico, the Republic of Texas, the United States of America, and the Confederate States of America
...The original park was divided into six separate themed areas for each of the six governing entities that have ruled over Texas. Although additional themed areas have been added, the original six can still be found within the park.

Six flags doesn’t fly the confederate naval battle flag, it flies the real flag of the confederate states of america.

Shhh, I don’t think the Left would be happy about that either.

Six Flags stopped flying the Rebel flag (stars & bars) quite a while ago. They have a CSA flag instead.

Oh god, the country has too many problems to be worrying about the Texas flag. Worry more about those that moved in from hurricane Katrina.

I think the left (guided by Satanic intelligence), knows where it can apply pressure,
and where if they apply pressure, they will release a cascade of opposition and active resistance.

I have no respect for Texas after this latest Waco incident.
“Don’t mess with Texas!” HA! They just did and not a peep was made about it.

With Leftists, ignoring is strength. I doubt they know in which century the Civil War was fought.

The mass hysteria over things Confederate is astounding. It resembles the hysteria over witches in Salem several centuries ago.
The sad part is that much of this current wave of hysteria seems to be led by Republican politicians in several states. They are trampling the First Amendment by claiming they are only trampling offensive Confederate-related things.
One of the only public defender, so far, is Jim Webb of Virginia -- a Democrat.

The original Confederate Flag is what was called the “Stars and Bars”, not the Confederate Battle Flag.
