He was released yesterday afternoon and is back home in Pensacola, FL.

But Kent served more time than child molesters, rapists, and even some murderers.
All for what the government insists was $200,000 in unpaid taxes
Meanwhile, Al Sharpton gets a pass owing more than $4,000,000 in taxes. Charles Rangel gets a pass for his tax debt.

Hovind, who traveled the nation presenting talks about science and the Bible, had considered his ministry to be a church and considered himself to be a minister. Churches are not required to file taxes and are automatically exempt under the law.
