New Delhi, India (CNN)Indian cinema has produced something spectacular. And it's not from Bollywood.
Hundreds of miles from Mumbai, the hub of the nation's Hindi-language movie industry, a South Indian director has attempted a battle epic that critics say has successfully blended local folklore with Hollywood's technological grandeur.

Movies are very big in India. Indian movies are popular in every Asian country, including China.

That is typical in Indian movies. Which is why I was never a fan of Indian movies....too many songs and too many dances.

Not as much as I liked North by Noerthwest, It’s a Mad Mad mad World, Bullitt, The Party, The French Connection, Von Ryan’s Express, A fish called Wanda, The Day of the Jackal and Goldfinger.
I never tire of watching above movies.
