Okay, I just saw the list of the GOP presidential candidates. The top 10 at the main debate and the 7 who have to be at the "kiddie table." One unnoticed as yet aspect of this format is that one or more of the Top 10 candidates could be demoted in future polls to the "kiddie table." A very public humiliation.
Okay, so who do you think will be the FIRST Top 10 candidate to exit the main debate in the future and be assigned to the "kiddie table?"
They’re in — Fox announces debate roster: Trump leads pack, Perry snubbed

I agree with you,it’s Kasich. He has no business being at the debates.
Agreed. The question is: how much helium will it take to keep a lead slag afloat?
2ndDivisionVet,
I’m thinking the early money is that Christie and Kasich are battling Jeb! For the Centrists. Do you agree?
Gwjack
I’m hoping that if any of the Top 10 candidates attack Trump and then The Donald would declare at the next debate that candidate will be sitting at the Kiddie Table...and that it happens!
And Linda, but she didn’t make it, did she?
Hope its Huckabee. Sick of that smarmy snake oil salesman.
Last thanksgiving video would have caught my uncle and I discussing the problem of left handed people and a possible final solution.
More like Perry stubbed.
Like his own toe again.
The elites have two backups to Jeb—Walker and Rubio.
Really, they’d be happy with any of them. It’s just the old Bush machine that obviously is kicking for Jeb.
Ooops!
Hope its Huckabee. Sick of that smarmy snake oil salesman.
Maybe Carly Fiorina -- she's supposed to be a capable debater and she's the only woman, etc. She'd knock Christie back into the second seven.
Whatever you think of Kasich, he does have the experience we usually expect of a president. If he falls out, it would be because Jindal or Perry did exceptional well (or Kasich does exceptionally poorly).
I don't see Pataki or Gilmore moving up, but it would be a hoot if enough people told pollsters they were supporting Lindsey Graham and he got to the adults' table.
Rubio and Paul at 5, just ahead of Kasich and Christie. That’s surprising, considering where they were two months back. Paul should have a base in his father’s supporters, but both Marco and Rand have downward momentum at this point.
Right now, it is a fight to survive the first wave of the purges. And you do that with money. At this point, money attracts money, because polls can change so quickly when you go from 17 candidates to probably 6 to 8 by February. So let’s look at the candidates that don’t have enough cash on hand to raise more money to keep going:
(These are the June 30th reports of cash on hand by the FEC.)
Pataki - $207,000
Santorum - $232,000
Jindal - $513,000
Perry - $883,000
Huckabee - $885,000
Fiorina - $990,000
Everyone else had over $1,000,000 cash on hand on June 30th. Now there is a clear break with Pataki and Santorum trailing far behind and Jindal probably just keeping his head above water until the next jostle.
I will predict that those three will be out of the race by August 21st. And then there were 14.
MHO.
I’m hope’n the first five out will be Christie, Huckabee, Kasich, Bush and Carson.....
