A moderator is supposed to be a referee, not a member of the opposing team. So this bozo thinks it makes no difference if it’s fair or not when the basis of a debate with moderators is to keep it fair...
No one person can hog the stage, moderators are expected to be fair and impartial, and can at least try to mediate in the case of a heated argument...
