My doc told me to be careful with Niacin. Only buy high quality - stay away for the chinese crap.
Fish oil works well, and I hate fish. So, the burps drive me crazy. Again, get a good brand; Schiff Mega-Red is less intrusive. It’s helped my blood numbers.
My wife complains about the burping from fish oil. I take lots of it and have never had that problem.
