I always thought twenty-seven percent of abuse was acceptable. Also, abuse by Catholic priests is usually forgivable....as the Pope has often hinted. Isn’t the topic of abuse kinda like carbon credits?

Perhaps wealthier countries could sell Usury Credits to poorer countries. At a discount, of course. I mean, after all, they're poorer countries. They can't afford the going rate.

Oh. I know. The poorer countries could sell their Usury Credits to the wealthier countries and thereby no long be poor.

Wait. I'm getting confused.
