Don't know if this has been seen before. These Egyrtian commentators don't think to highly of Obama. They laugh at him, his body, his wife and how no one can trust him.
Haven't followed the link, but i'll wager a guess that they think he is a stupid, lazy, ignorant P***y.
Now i'll go check and see if i'm right.

The original poster actually states that this is a spoof. They weren’t speaking at all about Obama. They were speaking about Quatar. The subtitles were made up as a joke. The wesite it comes from is similar to The Onion.
Nothing to see here.... move on.

What does it say about us (and Obama) that so many spoofs are not recognizable as spoofs because they seem all too plausible?
As people have said, it's getting to the point where you can't tell "the Onion" from real news.
I have friends in Cairo. Friends for several years. They all despise the lying POTUS and the Muslim Brotherhood that he helped install with Morsi.
In their defense, they had sense enough to remove Morsi and the MB Terrorists. Morsi & MB are still in prison and as long as Sisi is in control, they will not be released. Morsi is in prison under 2 death sentences.
Millions of Egyptian people participated in Mass Demonstrations and General (now President) Sisi refused orders to fire on them.

The video was uploaded to YouTube by IPhoneConservative. This is what he wrote in a comment:
“Folks…….this a spoof. It was never intended to be taken as a legitimate news report. Obviously two things are at play here. One, I did the job too well. Two, we have come to the stage in the Obama presidency where quite literally……….anything is possible.”
Tha5t's why I found the commentary on that video so believable. It absolutely sounds plausible.
That has always been the point of these websites and the magazines before it. To fool people. It’s not that we are so gullable, it is just that they do their homework and do a good job of making up these stories. That is how they make their money. Orson Wells did one hell of a job with a little radio piece a few years ago. I think it was called War of the Worlds? >s
But like I said, it was all too believable.
It doesn't make for good satire when it is so close to the truth that it isn't funny.
