The Oiling of America by Mary Enig, PhD, and Sally Fallon
In 1954 a young researcher from Russia named David Kritchevsky published a paper describing the effects of feeding cholesterol to rabbits.1 Cholesterol added to vegetarian rabbit chow caused the formation of atheromasâplaques that block arteries and contribute to heart disease. Cholesterol is a heavy weight moleculeâan alcohol or a sterolâfound only in animal foods such as meat, fish, cheese, eggs and butter. In the same year, according to the American Oil Chemists Society, Kritchevsky published a paper describing the beneficial effects of polyunsaturated fatty acids for lowering cholesterol levels.2 Polyunsaturated fatty acids are the kind of fats found in large amounts in highly liquid vegetable oils made from corn, soybeans, safflower seeds and sunflower seeds. (Monounsaturated fatty acids are found in large amounts in olive oil, palm oil and lard; saturated fatty acids are found in large amounts in fats and oils that are solid at room temperature, such as butter, tallows and coconut oil.) - See more at: http://coconutoil.com/oiling_america/#sthash.IHXEputD.dpuf

This video is one in a series of videos and websites which are being posted on FreeRepublic in the coming days in regard to nutritional health. In the beginning these videos were being posted as a rebuttal to an article and comments in another posted article on FreeRepublic remarking on obesity. Due to the strong interest in obesity and nutritional health as it relates to Type II Diabetes, the videos relating to Type II diabetes and how to reverse the progression of the disease are being moved forward among the other video topics in this series. Expect to see a mixture of videos regarding the role of carbohydrates in the diet and their relationship to nutritional health topics ranging from metabolic syndrome and Diabetes to dementia, Parkinson's Disease, Altzheimer's Disease, and more. The effects of standard government sponsored diets, health association diets, and alternative diets upon everyday nutrition, sports nutrition, and diabetic nutrition will be mixed in with videos focused on the use of various low carbohydrate and high fat (LCHF) diets, such as the ketogenic diets as a treatment for Type II Diabetes.

You don't have to be genius to see the major flaw in the study! Again, humans are not rabbits. Rabbits are herbavores and humans are omnivores. That's why meat tastes so good.
Your brain is mostly cholesterol. Your hormones need cholesterol. Every cell wall in your body is half cholesterol. Without cholesterol you would die. All this focus on reducing cholesterol correlates to the growth of dementia, alzheimers and Parkinsons.
You can't run experiments on apples and then make judgements on oranges just because they are both fruits.
Now everyone eats a low fat diet. And we're obese.
If you do not eat cholesterol, your body naturally produces it.
