So "Obama's Alaska" Is Melting.Well What About The Other 56 States?

Posted on 12/01/2015 6:39:45 PM PST by Cruz_West_Paul2016

So why did Obama pick out Alaska as an example of Global Warming?,Maybe it's because most Americans can not go there to see all of the mountains melting? But what about all of the states currently experiencing an early winter/polar vortex As We Speak? Also, where are the videos of Alaska cities melting/under water? Yes, it's all just more laughable Obama Rhetoric. Maybe Obama needs to do some Global Warming speeches in places like Illinois, the West and the Dakotas later this week.

Fairbanks winter one of the snowiest on record so far

FAIRBANKS—If Fairbanks residents feel like they’ve seen more snow than usual so far this winter, they’re right: The city has had the third-most snowfall on record for this time of year.

According to the National Weather Service, which measures snowfall at its hillside location at the University of Alaska Fairbanks, 50.1 inches of snow had officially fallen on the Golden Heart City through Thanksgiving Day. Since records began, that ranks below only 1970 and 1992 for any winter as of Nov. 26.

Trust me Alaska is NOT melting. I have buddies who hunt there and they’ve said its brutally cold in the -0 range the past few years.

‘Member all the hooting and howling over Palin’s rhetorical statement that Alaskans can see Russia from the west coast of the State?

When can we expect similar for Hussein’s apocalyptic nonsense about the weather in Alaska?

I mean, did Kotzebue disappear the other day?

In N. Dakota, the winter is late, and mild.

One minor correction. Winter is not early this year, this about the right time for colder weather to set in, it’s just colder than normal for this first batch of cold weather.

Right around Thanksgiving is the usual time for our first cold spell, if you ignore the minor one around Halloween. Same there, minor cool spell about Halloween week this year, not much cooler than normal though.

This one is about the right time, around Thanksgiving. But it’s more severe than usual by all accounts. Record lows or snowfall for the season, an inch of ice in Oklahoma already, was it a foot of snow around Denver? I think it was a foot if I remember correctly.

It’s not early, but it’s definitely more harsh...
