"A Swiss taxidermy expert brought 'her' to life, recreating the 'virgin' warrior's looks from facial bones, and some observers commented on her distinctly masculine appearance."
"The discovery of the remains was described in a 1994 book by Dr Polosmak as 'unique' because of the way the female skeleton was dressed in male clothing and buried with weapons."

Notice how the lie was put forward to further the leftist agenda that women and men are exactly the same, with no real evidence.
When the evidence came out, it destroyed the lie.

I bet at first the modeler created a very male looking likeness and then began working on it to give a more feminine appearance.

Some observers commented on her distinctly masculine appearance.I'm an observer...
The taxidermist? chose to give her a very wide mouth. I don't believe there is any indication of mouth opening size left on bones so he made a guess in the widest percentile.
She reminds me of Jon Favreau in The Replacements.

That’s a really old looking teenager too.
I am slightly acquainted with someone who looks a lot like that - either a very unfortunate woman, or a typically unconvincing mid-life trans job.
Long hair, lipstick and boobs do not a woman make.

Frost: Hey, I sure wouldn’t mind getting some more of that Arcturian poontang! Remember that time?
Spunkmeyer: Yeah, Frost, but the one that you had was a male!
Frost: It doesn’t matter when it’s Arcturian, baby!
