Barack Obama hasn't received many accolades for the job he's doing as president. So he decided to use a year-end press conference to offer a few to himself.
Just before he headed off for his Christmas vacation in Hawaii, Obama informed gathered journalists that the U.S. has been doing an outstanding job in international leadership - by which he meant his leadership.
The UN climate summit Paris may have been hosted by France, drawn 50,000 participants from 190 nations and reached an accord that binds no one to anything, but it stands as testament to the world's reliance on Washington to show it the way, he suggested.
"Today the American people can be proud, because this historic agreement is a tribute to American leadership," Obama declared. "Over the past seven years, we've transformed the United States into the global leader in fighting climate change."

I’ll give him some credit for what he has done to America.
1. Obmacare, turning a decent healthcare system into a freakkin nightmare.
2. Economy, took a full-time economy and turned it into a part-time economy while managing to get America’s credit rating lowered.
3. National Security, traded 5 terrorists for a 1 deserter, called the greatest threat to mankind a JV team and managed to piss off just about every ally America ever had. Sorry forgot he wants bring thousand of islamic refugees into America while Islam wages war against America.
4. Race relations, Well just pick up a newspaper or turn on the evening news.........
