On the eve of Christmas, 1950, the world witnessed a miracle.
The United Nations and Republic of Korea forces evacuated approximately 100,000 refugees while
delaying their own badly needed retreat.
In the midst of the chaos, SS Meredith Victory, a small freighter, carried 14,000 people to the safety
of the southern coast.
The three days of miraculous sail against the cold, hunger and fear.
