The idea that meaningful numbers are going to get out of their climate-controlled cars and commute using bicycles seems absurd. This in addition to the many that are simply physically unable to do so.
Money losing, pandering to the elite few ... how many of Germany’s new ‘migrant’ citizens will be pedaling to mosque or on their way to practice other aspects of their cult?

My first thought was the money. Then, I scanned down the page.
