I did eat at a restaurant in Tucson where they made the slasa fresh right at your table. Guadalajara Grill I believe.

That salsa was so good, it could almost qualify for this sort of crime. But, they made a batch for the wife and myself separate, mine hotter than heck, hers mild. Could hardly finish it all.

Anyone happens to be in Tucson should check this place out, just outstanding, but it gets crowded at night.
