Every year, in northeast China's Heilongjiang province, the city of Harbin hosts the Harbin International Ice and Snow Sculpture Festival, featuring massive ice and snow sculpturesâmore than a million visitors are anticipated this year. At night, the sculptures are colorfully illuminated and visitors can climb and play on some of the structures. The festival officially opened on January 5, and will run through the end of February.

It’s 0 in Harbin right now, but will reach a balmy 8 later today.
btw , 0 is the forecast temp for Vikes Packers game at crunchy Lambeau Field.
I used to enjoy a crispyfying cold breath of air and a hot cocoa or brandy and eggnog to defrost.
Harbin festivals have had meltdowns occasionally,,, no problem this year.
Maybe I’m just getting old, but I enjoy watching the cold weather games from my nice, warm, couch.
