Is it possible the server served another purpose? (vanity)

I have a question for FRiends smarter than me. Is it possible that Hillary was using her unsecured server as a way to transfer state secrets to her benefit by using the excuse that the info was stolen? After watching the Clintons for many years it seems they always have an out and is it possible that the server was that out? Remember Hillary's first excuse was that she was just not tech savvy. This has been in my mind for a while and anyone with any insight would help me. Thanks in advance.

That was my theory from the start.
Move the data to a personal unsecured server, precisely so others could sneak a peek.

There is no possible way for anyone who was granted a clearance at the Secret and Top Secret levels could ‘not understand’ enough to determine that slipping classified information out of cleared AIS machines and areas and transmitting in the clear is ILLEGAL and against all regulations and protocols. They signed affidavits attesting to that knowledge and understanding.

To do it is illegal, and to order it done is illegal. For her to imply "I'm just woman that doesn't understand all the computer mumbo jumbo" is a ploy to mislead voters. The real affected parties here are the 16 Intelligence Centers who use this information to fulfill their missions. They most certainly do NOT believe her one bit.

Like I said in other posts. It s time to stop thinking about mishandling of classified information and starting thinking espionage.

You seem pretty smart to me....I had only considered it from the point of her own personal secrecy to cover up personal/Clinton financial dealings. You have presented a very compelling theory.

For perspective, we should consider that Bradley Manning used a thumb drive to transfer Secret information; Hillary used an entire server and had TOP SECRET information.

Then Bill makes a speech and they get their payoff. The guy that maintained the server may well end up as the fall guy. I understand that the server contained SAP messages which put intell assets in danger of death. She should get life breaking big rocks into little ones.

Thanks, I appreciate your kind words. My thought is the foreign power orders what they need and Hill puts it on her server and the payoff is either in the form of a speech or directly to the foundation.

You are thinking to hard on this IMHO.

She had TS documents on server and this has been proven

This in itself will put her away for a very very long time.

If it can be proven that she was involved in espionage, she can be hung.

The entire Obama administration are traitors and need to be hung anyway and this can be proven by any AG that has any balls.

I don’t claim to smarter than anyone, with the exception of Sander’s voters, but my first instinct and enduring belief is that Hillary used the private server to hide dealings of the Clinton Foundation. The very existence of the foundation constituted an insuperable conflict of interest and should have barred her from consideration for high office, and most especially from becoming Secretary of State. Not only that, there is copious evidence that the foundation benefited from “donations” from parties with interest in the operation of State Department.

The Clintons live in a different universe.

She had Top Secret docs but she also had SAP docs which are above TS and expose human intel assets. Good chance she has already gotten some of those people killed.

Here is a question for the techies here...

Seems that the FBI have the e-mails....and presumably the times / dates they were created and forwarded....

So if they get the data from the Clinton Foundation (they just issued a subpoena )

...it would be possible to correlate donations with the Hillary e-mails.

thus proving the espionage angle.

Sixteen intell centers, if you don’t mind can you give me an idea who they are? I am very interested and very ignorant about that, I have never read anything on them. Thanks much.

The only sensible possibility is that:

(1) Hillary wanted to evade public disclosure of her communications to the American people under FOIA and similar laws, and
(2) Hillary wanted other countries to gain easy access to the material she decided to put on that server, but to allow that access to occur with plausible deniability.

Both have to be true, or Hillary would have done this differently. She’s not stupid - just evil.
