Clinton email chain exposed CIA asset in Afghanistan
American Thinker ^ | 2/18/2016 | Rick Moran

An email chain involving Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and Richard Holbrooke, special envoy to Afghanistan, which was stored on Clinton's unsecured server, contained "Top Secret" information on a CIA asset in Afghanistan, according to an exclusive report by Fox News.

The discussion of a foreign national working with the U.S. government raises security implications - an executive order signed by President Obama said such unauthorized disclosures are "presumed to cause damage to the national security."

The U.S. government official said the Clinton email exchange, which referred to a New York Times report, was among 29 classified emails recently provided to congressional committees with specific clearances to review them. In that batch were 22 "top secret" exchanges deemed too damaging to national security to release.

Confirmation that one of these exchanges concerned a reported CIA asset means the emails went beyond issues like the drone strike campaign. Democrats repeatedly have said some messages referred to this, reinforcing Clinton's position that the documents are over-classified.

If prison’s good enough for Scooter Libby (who didn’t even do what he was accused of), then it’s certainly good enough for Hillary (who demonstrably did what Libby was accused of).

This whole debacle is so far beyond the pale that it isn’t even funny.

Real Americans would not tolerate this kind of behavior or the level of response this bitch and her lawyers have given it.

Treason, treachery, greed, avarice, malice, deception and deceit are the swords of her defense.

There is no excuse otherwise.

Anybody that votes for Clinton ......... needs to have their head examined. I can’t imagine why anyone would vote for these anti American, horrible people. This stuff is on a private server. This woman should be in Prison, if it were anyone else ......they would have been prosecuted by now. CONGRESS WAKE UP!!!!!

I think we need Ryan to appoint a Special Prosecutor to find out the status of the CIA asset and investigate Holbrooke and Clinton for espionage (we weren’t in a declared war.)

We had the Soviet Union and the international communist movement for so long, that we came to think of all espionage as being ideological. We thought that espionage was always to benefit communism.

Throughout history, espionage was usually done to make money.

Look at Hillary. Does she covet money?

She sold us out for money.

She committed espionage and our country has executed people who commit espionage.

Absolutely! Lying to crooked investigators is the crime for which Libby went to Federal Prison.

Hillary is going to be the Nominee and she is not going to prison. She lies everyday. She cares not a whit about who she hurts.

I believe that Mr. Richard C. Holbrooke died in December of 2010.

When is Comey coming out with his findings?

Will he have a press conference to lay out the basic findings?

When is he sending his summary findings to Loretta Lynch?

Will she demand a Special Prosecutor?

Will she demand a Grand Jury?

Will Congress demand a Special Prosecutor and/or Grand Jury?

How many people died because Hillary demanded her own server to hide her personal dalliances and the Clinton Foundation/Global initiative quid pro quos and money laundering? That's for a start. Was she selling secrets and giving away information? Further investigation certainly in order.

How many hackers will testify that Hillary's server was a 'back door' to our whole Federal database? Our Federal database is ruined. Witness many countries now have all the personal information of 20 million Federal employees.

All of our top secret R & D. All the deep DARPA secrets and projects. All of our military operational and tactical data. Do they have our launch codes? This is a national security issue and treason of the highest order. Forget which of the 13 laws Hillary Clinton broke, this is straight out first degree treason. It was planned, she knew the risks and she didn't care. She figured if she was caught the usual suspects would come to her rescue.

Loretta Lynch needs to initiate a Special Prosecutor and Grand Jury. Hillary Clinton needs to be tried and prosecuted for treason. This cannot pass as it will set a precedent for future crimes if left unexamined, tried and convicted. In many ways, this case is so big, the 'precedent effect' may adversely affect the future of our republic at some unknown future date.

First we have to posit that there are many ways to intercept electronic messages whether they are emails, faxes, or phones, right? That’s what intelligence services like the NSA do every day 24/7.

Now,If an enemy state intelligence service intercepts an electronic message in code on a particular day, it is difficult to decode. However, if it can also intercept another electronic message which is not encoded and is a copy of the info—and can place it alongside the coded message—it probably has the tools to unlock the whole encryption system of the original coded text.

Now we have to assume that the emails on Hillary’s server were not encoded, right? Because otherwise her entire defense that she didn’t know they were classified would crumble because anyone with half a brain would know the emails had some sort of secret classification or they wouldn’t be encoded.

So lets take this scenario. A classified message about one of our spies that is encrypted comes into the protected system in the State department. You can’t simply forward an email from that system to an unprotected system because they aren’t connected. So an aide (Huma, Mills, etc.) is given the direction by Hillary to copy the message when it is decoded (a violation of law I believe) and then paste it into an email without any inconvenient identifying labels or headings and send it to Hillary’s server which is unauthorized to receive classified information.

The damage is not just to the country from divulging the secret information about our spy on one email. There is the possibility that the keys to unlock our most secret code systems has also been compromised. The ‘smartest woman in the world’ should have realized that.

Is Scooter Libby out of jail yet? Does he have his record clear? His law license?

Then it is not time to hire Hillary for any "office of profit or trust" under the United States.

Libby never went to prison. George W. Bush intervened to stop that--but he still had to pay a large fine.

The "proof" that Scooter Libby lied consisted in the fact that he and Tim Russert had different recollections of a conversation, so Patrick Fitzgerald concluded that Scooter was lying. The DC jury that really wanted to send Dick Cheney to prison had to settle for finding Scooter guilty.
