The gun charge, for 1 gun is curious as well. Has he had a felony conviction in the past that prohibits him from possessing a gun? Was the gun unregistered?
So little information so many questions.
The prosecutor seems to have over-charged the case due to frustration over the failure of the search to find anything related to the alleged sex offense. I suspect that the search warrant may therefore prove defective.

The whole show is a total fraud anyway.
After just getting renewed for another 5yr run, they’ll write him out of the show and bring in another dupe for the part, or probably invent another character. It’s one of History’s ‘cash cows’ and they won’t give it up very easily.

Well, while in Vegas about a year ago, my wife and I visited their pawn shop. And it’s a working store. So, I know that part of the show is legit. However, I was disapoibted in the inventory. Thought it was limited and not particularly interesting. I’ve been in better ones for sure.
The “cast” is never there unless they are shooting a show. The items and situations are all set up in advance and loosely scripted.
The show is total BS. I stopped watching years ago.
I miss the good years of the History Channel. Ditto classic A&E.
