I read about 2/3 of his long opinion, and fe;t that is said one thing, many times over.
What he said is that congress has the right and the duty to restrict the entrance into the country of any foreigner into this country for any reason it chooses. Perod. I did not see where it says that the executive branch must enforce any immigration laws passed by Congress.

Weird thing thought here- I do believe Obama issued some type or a number of executive orders on immigration policies.

You have read well but what you fail to grasp is a act of omission not “commission” by any & all legal enforcement agencies within the USA where the president has or thru his proxies instructed Border Patrol to stand down and let any & all immigrants in for processing.

When a country cannot control it’s own borders it is not a country -it therefore becomes a piece of lawless land.
