Some attorneys, do some rather good things:

"In the US Senate today, Senator Cruz stood proud with the Jewish people as he introduced the bipartisan Holocaust Expropriated Art Recovery Act.
The new law which facilitates the return of artwork stolen by Nazis during the Holocaust to their rightful owners or heirs.
The HEAR Act would ensure that claims in the United States to Nazi-confiscated art are resolved in a fair and just manner on the merits, and are not barred by state statutes of limitations and other procedural defenses."

All the token pro Jew stuff he has done was negated with the death sentence he supported voted for with the Corker bill.

How does this get past the Constitutional “procedural defense” of ex post facto law, I would understand less.

It stinks that these items were taken and I would hope that every good effort would be made to procure them back and bestow them again on the families that were robbed. But I thought Ted was Mr. Constitution. If the buck does not stop there, where should it stop and how are we going to get it to do so?
