You can use:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coco_Solo

Coco Solo was an old sub base for the US on the Atlantic side of the Canal. The naval base became a high school for the Americans on that side of the Canal, and later was turned over to the Panama gov’t. It is one of those little odd facts about Coco Solo....that McCain was born there. And it should be noted...this was more of a clinic, because the ‘big’ hospital there...wasn’t built until five years later.

so he was born on base.?

Also, if a military family has a baby outside the country, that baby should be allowed to run for president. When I rule the world..........

I think this is from Leo Donofrio:

“According to the birth certificate and COLB of John McCain, McCain was born in Colon Hospital, city of Colon, Panama. While the BC states at the top that it is from the “Canal Zone”, the document also states that McCain was born in Colon Hospital, city of Colon. The city of Colon and the hospital were not in the Canal Zone.

The common story you hear is that McCain was born in the Canal Zone, but these documents posted online do not testify to that. Furthermore, there is no official document that has ever surfaced which states that McCain was born in the Canal Zone.”

I spent a year or so at NAS Coco Solo as an infant dependent while my Father was stationed there in WWII. Even got exams and immunizations at that clinic.

My Mother used to tell of my being on an exam table getting a shot in the butt when Japan's surrender was announced over the loudspeakers and my nurse ran into the hall rejoicing with everyone else... Unfortunately, she ran out of the room without removing a hypodermic from my butt cheeks! My Mother pulled it out! So, while everyone was cheering the surrender, I was screaming in pain!

An interesting story told at family gatherings for many years now!!!
