I know, I'm surprised, too. One would have thought Lewandowski would have brushed off the questions this morning rather than focus on them. he certainly made news Thursday when he said Trump provided the video, and that he remembered talking to Fields.
I don’t mean offense by this, but merely as fact... if this is the first time you heard that Trump supplied the video, you haven’t been following the story very closely.
There is audio tape of what happened, and in the audio, Corey says, “Excuse me” and “Thank you.” So he may not “remember” saying it, per se, but he now knows he said they because he reviewed all of the evidence from the indicent so that he could find out what Ms. Fields was so upset about.
The only difference between Michelle Fields and Sirhan B. Sirhan was Sirhan had a gun.
You can’t tell by looking at someone if they have a gun.

Wow, that’s not what I saw at all—and I’m no big Trump fan. I’d be happy to vote for either Cruz or Trump in the general.
What I saw was when she stepped backward, she bumped the guy in the plaid shirt which caused him to stop suddenly. At the same, the guy in the tan coat was trying to slip by (behind the plaid guy). When the plaid guy stopped (suddenly, unexpectedly), tan coat guy had to squeeze between him and the table. I’ve had to do that maneuver at Disneyland many times on a crowded day!
I’m sorry; I never saw any “violet” jerking going on. This was a crowded room with hundreds of people in it. A grab, a squeeze, a bump—I’ve been through much worse at a rock concert in my youth!
I really think people’s emotions (on each side) are distorting their judgment on many of these non-issues against both Trump and Cruz.
Looked like a brutal rape attempt to me..........Fortunately it was in a crowd and everyone stepped in to prevent the violent act.......

You seem to be late to the party. Nobody nearly stumbled or fell, and the police and the DA, who looked at the evidence first hand weren't convinced that the so called "bruising" had anything to do with the event in question.

'The initial photos that we received were a couple days old,' Ellis said, calling it a case of 'delayed reporting.'

She also allowed that in some cases bruises can appear days later. But it's unclear why Fields may have taken a picture of her unbruised arm on March 8
Ms. Ellis is the Chief Assistant Prosecutor working for the DA's office in Florida.
