I’ve noticed a lot of Army ads lately. I guess when you throw the doors open to homosexuals, transvestites and illegal aliens, its tough to get normal folks.

The ad budget is not managed directly by any of the Forces...rather it is through Mad Avenue and other agencies, but the content or rather, the "message", if you will, is dictated by the NCA.
The one's currently out that depict the clean cut, smiling and fresh faced young men and women, eager to serve and proud of their country, will morph into a LGBT-themed fiasco, no xenophobia allowed, less pride of service and more pride of...well, to put it bluntly: "I'm a (pick one) Lesbian, Gay, Transgendered, Two-year old Poodle Cat...etc", serving proudly, despite all you redneck low-life's out there".
Also, buttcrack has ordered a more social warrior aspect, as opposed to a real warrior thing...probably to be depicted in the portrayal of LGBT perverts...uh, I mean soldiers, airpersons, seapersons and marines as more compassionate, rendering aid to refugees, somehow thanking buttcrack for his kind and benevolent bestowal of great benefits, etc.
I have no official source of any of this, but I do know it to be true and I trust my source.
There are some in leadership positions that still want to lead and just hoping and praying for real CinC, as opposed to that wrinkle up old bat that is currently vying for the position.
If not, expect a mass exodus of mid-level leadership and a few, not a whole lot, of upper leadership.
