"Issa, the king of kabuki theater, speaks."

Exactly. He did nothing in any of his supposed investigations but blabber on and on about how serious the issues that he was investigating were. He then did NOTHING. Oh wait, he did ask people to post 3 word descriptions on Twitter about how corrupt the Democrats were.

The FBI can’t indict anybody. Only the Justice Department can choose to indict someone by presenting a case to a grand jury.

ISAA Blow it out your ass. YOU could have stopped all this a long time ago, but you are Their Partner in Crime so you SOLD OUT THE AMERICAN PEOPLE. How many pieces of Silver did you get by the way? Funny thing is YOU STILL have the Authority to put an END to ALL THE CHARADES. PUT THEM IN PRISON YOURSELF YA BIG WUSS. FORCE the FBI to RELEASE the ENTIRE INVESTIGATION, Including what they say is CLASSIFIED but REFUSE TO PROSECUTE OVER!

Congress has ALL the power in washington, the executive and judicial branch operate according to the whims of CONGRESS!

“U.S. CODE
TITLE 2—THE CONGRESS
CHAPTER 6—CONGRESSIONAL AND COMMITTEE PROCEDURE; INVESTIGATIONS
Sec. 193. Privilege of witnesses
No witness is privileged to refuse to testify to any fact, or to produce any paper, respecting which he shall be examined by either House of Congress, or by any joint committee established by a joint or concurrent resolution of the two Houses of Congress, or by any committee of either House, upon the ground that his testimony to such fact or his production of such paper may tend to disgrace him or otherwise render him infamous.”

Simply look up Hinds Precedents, especially chapters 53 and 51, and Cannon’s Precedents, especially chapters 184-185. You’ll find numerous detailed cases of Congress asserting its power, arresting people, holding them until they agreed to answer questions, and then releasing them. Some of these people did not refuse to appear, but simply failed to satisfactorily answer questions. One has to wonder how a previous Congress might have responded to Alberto Gonzales’s endless recitations of “I do not recall.”

Congress can Remove the President
Congress can remove the head of every executive agency Congress can remove ALL of their employees
Congress can Abolish every agency they so choose
Congress can remove EVERY JUDGE IN AMERICA, including every supreme court justice.
Congress can abolish every federal court except the supreme Court
Congress can decide which cases the Judicial Branch can hear and decide
CONGRESS can Imprison ANYONE they want for any reason they so desire for as long as they wish.
Congress can declare WAR

No other governing body has even 10% of the power CONGRESS has!!

CONGRESS IS ALLOWING ALL OF IT!!!

Congress has the authority to arrest and imprison those found in Contempt. The power extends throughout the United States and is an inherent power (does not depend upon legislated act)

If found in Contempt the person can be arrested under a warrant of the Speaker of the House of Representatives or President of the Senate, by the respective Sergeant at Arms.

Statutory criminal contempt is an alternative to inherent contempt.

Under the inherent contempt power Congress may imprison a person for a specific period of time or an indefinite period of time, except a person imprisoned by the House of Representatives may not be imprisoned beyond adjournment of a session of Congress.

Imprisonment may be coercive or punitive.

In 1857, a New York Times reporter refused to say which members of Congress had asked him to get them bribes (protecting his “sources” just as various Judith Millers today protect the people who feed them proven lies that costs thousands of lives), so Congress locked him up until he answered and then banned him from Congress.

In 1924 an oil executive appeared but refused to answer certain questions, so the Senate held — literally held — him in contempt. Senator Thomas Walsh of Montana argued that this question of contempt was of the gravest importance, and that it involved “the very life of the effective existence of the House of Representatives of the United States and of the Senate of the United States.” The matter was taken to court, and the witness fined and imprisoned.

Holy Cow batman. She took possession of classified material for which there are no copies ? Have we raided her house to look for those documents yet ? At least when she stole the FBI files there were backups. Of course we were just assuming there were backups.

Yes, you’re correct. Comey can only recommend indictment. HE MUST. And Lynch either does or resigns.

Only a Federal grand jury has the power to indict. The FBI may only present its findings and conclusions to the grand jury.

And the grand jury does not have the power to try the case, even if they do return an indictment. That is left to the authority of the prosecuting attorney, before a Federal court.

The current Attorney General may or may not be the prosecuting attorney, if a Special Counsel or Special Prosecutor is appointed specifically for this proceeding, should she recuse herself.

She might resign. Or she might die. Both are very real possibilities where the Power Couple may be concerned.

“Lynch needs to resign immediately.”

The loyalty of a Democrat is to politics, not America. Her job is to protect the Clintons. She owes her position to Bill. Also, a good little Democratic operative retires very well to a university presidency or a lucrative consulting gig. She will face no penalty for letting Hillary go. A president Hillary might make Loretta a Supreme Court justice. No downside, plenty of upside.

They will indict, I know personally they absolutely hate this administration and this b*tch Hillary, so if they have evidence of a crime you can damn well bet they will insist on an indictment, and if they recommend an indictment and Lynch doesn’t, they will leak the evidence to the public but that’s not going to happen because they will indict. A friend of mine works in Washington in security, knows a lot of FBI agents, the stories he says they tell him is unreal. He says all reports to King Hussein must be checked out beforehand for anything that may offend him, such as putting “Radical Islamic terrorism” in a report. If it is in there it must be removed otherwise the King will rip it up and the person who wrote the report reprimanded, and the fact that this b*tch allowed 3 vets to die in Benghazi including a US Ambassador? Trust me: They will absolutely recommend indictment. And since Lynch said yesterday she will do what the recommendation says, I fully expect Hitlery to be indicted. A lot of people are making a lot of hub bub about Lynch and Bill Clinton meeting, but don’t forget: She could have told him to go F himself thus her comment about saying she will listen to the recommendation.

Not anymore.
They're "diversified" and more interested in chasing and
and killing white Christians since those people have no
official representation in the US Government and the MSM
hates them.

Apply pressure. More pressure. MORE PRESSURE.

That meeting in Phoenix is unacceptable. She MUST BE MADE TO RESIGN. Nothing moves in Congress until she’s gone.

Long gone. They’ve had their fair share of scandals, primarily with their Crime Lab. I’ve worked with agents for years. The folks in the field, at least the ones I’ve dealt with, are some solid folks.

But, like anyone else they have bills to pay and bosses to answer to, so they’ll choose their job and paycheck over the right thing every time, unfortunately. Too bad, though. With this, they would restore any bit of integrity, credibility and reputation that they’ve lost over the years.
