He left out a sentence:

Freedom of speech, you can say whatever you want. Even the most stupid $h|+ imaginable, like I just did.

Annnnnd THAT’S why your aging self is paid to throw a ball. Simple rules, simple shapes, simple physics. It doesn’t task your aging brain too terribly much.

You work about throwing a ball, and leave the politics up to others.

Joakim, thank you for giving us two national titles, but you’ve still got a lot to learn.

So, mister ball bouncer, tell us more about “kids having access to automatic rifles.”

Joakim seems like a nice enough fellow, but my guess is the reporter sort of knew how he would answer the questions on guns. “Take them all away!” The rest of the interview is rather perfunctory.

Joakim comes from a family of professional athletes and competitors.
His dad Yannick Noah was a Pro. tennis player in France.
His mom, Cecilia Rodhe, was Miss Sweden in 1978.
Joakim has duel citizenships in both France and Sweden.
So, it does not boggle the mind to see him take the progressive side of these issues.

If I was president, I would make it mandatory for people who bounce balls for a living only be paid the minimum wage.

Geez, people have been murdering each other WITHOUT GUNS ever since Cain killed Abel. No gun there, I assume.

Guns make it EASIER to kill, but then so do bombs and fire (arson).

Was he born in the US? is he a citizen? I don't think he is even eligible to be President. What a stupid question. And as for his answer, who gives AF.

Perhaps these idiots should actually use their brains to find some facts.

Most cop killings are white people.
Violent Crime has been on the decline for years.
Drug gang turf battles kill more people every year than our wars.
Our loose borders allow drugs and guns to flow into our inner cities, bankrupting an already stressed medical system and cities have to spend billions just cleaning up the mess.

I advocate a real drug war. We should be droning Mexico. If their corrupt government cannot stop it, our government should.

He's not the most talented guy in the NBA, but I've never seen him take a play off or shy away from doing what is difficult and painful.

I hope he does well with the Knicks, who could sure use some help.

Q: If you were president of the United States, you would … A: I would make it illegal to buy guns.

I guess that he got the notion that the president has the power and authority of a king by watching Bath House's performance for the past 7 years.
