That will have a number of beneficial effects we haven't even considered, like cutting off the inner-city heroin supply from suburban junkies. Most middle-class white people would applaud that.
Of course, you'd also have to enforce it to prevent any black people from getting out of their self-imposed ghetto, to protect their Yutes from white cops and the evil influence of "white privilege".
Make the black neighborhoods more self-sustainable by closing down any stores owned by whites, and "encouraging" them to produce their own food and other needs by shutting down any non-black owned truck traffic.
Oddly enough, this wasn't what "civil rights" were when I was a teenager, back in the 1960s. But today, it doesn't sound so bad.
How about if nobody polices those neighborhoods? Everyone goes home safe that way.

It is normal and natural for people to collect into their tribes. Pottery found from some of the earliest Fertile Crescent cities show distinct styles in different neighborhoods - in short, they created their own ethnic neighborhoods as soon as there were cities.
The issue is government force in either forcing people to live where they want to or injecting people who aren’t wanted into a community to hurt their cohesiveness - like Muslim refugees specifically dumped in conservative small towns.
