Before the 'election' of President Maduro, Venezuelan domestic car sales were in the 8 to 10,000 range per month. Since Maduro's election things have gone south fast in the socialist utopia...

Socialism is just Neo-Feudalism, with the promise to protect the peasants within the castle wall if raiders come replaced with the government raiding the peasants of their money. Then saying the government will provide them with food, housing & health with a pittance of the money that was stolen.

8 to 10,000 range per month That is a pretty wide range. If it were not for the chart, I would question if 243 sold is really outside of the ordinary.
