We can not allow politics to divide us - please read

God calls us to bear with one another. Lately, I have been allowing myself to follow the game plan of the liberal leftists who are trying to divide and conquer in the United States so they can win and implement their completely Socialist program which will allow them to tell everyone below the level of top positions what to think and say, what to do for a living, where to live and whether you get healthcare or not.

In their game plan, we begin to attack ONE ANOTHER instead of the source of the conflict, them. With that strategy and due to the ignorance (and lack of Biblical understanding by people) the leftist liberals win. Notice on Free Republic that even if something truthful is stated, individuals quickly attack each other if they read something they don't like (truth be damned). That will not lead to victory. Anyone who posts in that vein can not be considered a friend, but the enemy operative trying to pit us against each other.

The ultimate goal needs to be that of trying to lead people to a Godly life and to help people, even if we disagree with them (i.e. officers protecting protesters while someone who agrees with protesters is killing (or trying to kill) them. I am going to start looking at people differently from now on. I am not going to allow the things that the liberal leftists do and say to cause me to turn against my fellow man who follows them in ignorance.

Politics is about power and control Christianity is about making it to heaven. We can not let these people set the agenda and make us play their game. If we do, we will lose. Trump would have been far better off giving a soft response to Khan pointing out his error and then dropping it. Khan would have then clearly have made a fool of himself, case closed. To continue to go after this man causes others to come to his defense and suddenly we're playing their game (no rules, they win). Same with every other insane thing they say. In closing, I want to make a solid point about what Obama said to the group of business leaders in Singapore (I think that is where it was).

I have been told by management ALL of my working life not to criticize the company to outsiders in any form or fashion because it not only makes the critic look stupid, but also the entire entity. I have heard this from nearly every school administrator under whom I worked and every major company for which I have worked. I know Obama has heard the same thing. It needs to be pointed out by Trump or someone in leadership ONE TIME (and then drop it) that such is a rule of life in the working world and he clearly violated that rule. Then, let it go. Every media outlet has the same rule in their shop. If it is not followed, whoever violates it is soon gone. Food for thought.

Obama's harsh criticism of the Trump to OTHER leaders in the world crossed the line. He really needs to apologize for that. Case closed.

Don’t know if it’s biblical or not, but I learned a long time ago: Don’t sweat the small stuff.

I learned about the same time that there is no such thing as a free lunch.

Also, my old ex-air force pilot and crop duster brother-in-law (God rest his soul) who I worked for in his airframe business just after I got out of the navy taught me a couple old sayings that I’ve always appreciated:

Good enough for government work.

FReep ‘em if they can’t take a joke.

(that last one was adapted a bit)

I am seriously considering leaving my church if Hillary wins. Stupid Christians will have helped and I want nothing to do with them.

At my “old men’s club” on Fridays, we have both Hillary supporters and Trump supporters.... Not to mention a couple of conspiracy theorists. It gets really heated over coffee and cake - “How can you say anything so stupid! “. “ You don’t now what you’re taking about!”

After several hours of this, everybody shakes hands, complements the host on the cake and coffee, and says “see you guys next week”.

Well, it is all men...

It’s too late. The people that rely on the left for their lives will never hear what you are saying. They are too entrenched in the idea that we on the right are the bad guys in society. When THEY consider compromise we might have a chance. Until then prepare to fight for what you have earned in your life for they are coming for it.

Yeah like that will really happen. Double down more likely.

The divisions are already present and distinct. Remaining silent about them only increases that division. It does not bring about closeness and unity, unless of course it is you who are willing to move to their side.

So while you are promoting the righteous side, the other side is promoting just the opposite side of evil.

My working theory here is that we have ourselves to blame for a thing or two. I have been as guilty as any other, so I am no paragon of virtue either, but we have ceded too much ground at every turn, for way too long.

I don’t know a solid reason why the Left has been tireless and patient and relentless at insidiously changing our institutions and dismantling America piece by piece, and we “patriots” have not been any of those things.

I don’t know why that is. The devil has been at work and we have been tested and failed the test, found lulled by our work and play, while the enemy has taken ground first by inches, but now by leaps and bounds.

The Left have either been supremely stealth for decades, while seamlessly moving their progressive/communistic impulses into the mainstream, or else we have been in a near hypnotic state of stage-four sleeping pattern, peacefully dozing through near total social destruction. We have awakened just in time to see that we are damned near wrapped in chains.

To ignore that our local schools and churches were becoming ear ticklers and no longer serving the virtues of discipline and knowledge and truth, and yes, obedience, has been a crime.

The system is fairly set up for grassroots participation, protections and grassroots agendas, but since we mostly prefer to mow the lawn and get the boat ready, we miss our election year precinct meetings, county conventions and state conventions and wonder why we’re left in the dirt.

In the South, it seems the grassroots religious zealots are the numbers who show up and take up your local party. They are the ones who go as delegates to their county and state conventions.

In the North, it’s probably the RINO’s who high tail it to the precinct meetings and are delegates to their convention process.

This state of delegate affairs is what brought Cruz favor, and these zealots were willing to cheat and flip delegates for him. Trump supporters were no where found in these early state delegate counts, but barely. Thank God for the popular vote forcing the delegate allocation for him at all. Otherwise, it would have been a bath, in places.

If not for TRUMP, we would have had another RINO enema.

We have to get active and aggressive. We have to call the local headquarters and observe the game from inside. They aren’t going to be calling you. They like the system as it is. They built it. You didn’t. That is why you don’t see your precinct meeting advertised. Basically, you are not wanted. We have to show up, and go take it. Democracy belongs to us too. Majority vote begins at the local level.

Short of revolution, it can not be fixed anymore. And, God-fearing people are not going to start a revolution and the government knows it. They’re going to come after our guns to make sure when it gets intolerable, there will be no resistance. Finger of God....

If Trump loses the election, the battle cry for those of us who believe in liberty will not be “I’m Spartacus”, but “I’m Von Stauffenberg”.

My thinking is if they can do it, we can do it. Trying is key. Short of civil unrest, getting engaged and off both the sofa and keyboard is a start. If we won’t do that we are hardly worthy of our forefathers.

+1000
The left has the saying, “Think globally, act locally.”
We haven’t been doing that, and that’s why the world is in this mess.

We MUST all turn from our evil ways but first admit that they are evil and not good due to what everyone else is doing worse than we...

Just today, I admonished a “friend” on fakebook. He’s a Brit. Told him to stop posting his anti Trump/ pro Obamao stuff and that i did not agree with it.

He “unfriended” me.

I communicated with him again, and we are “friends.”

We will both be at the same event in late October.

Should be interesting.

Hussein Obama has no apparent self-control. He was pitching
a hissy-fit and didn’t care who it was in front of.

Hussein is NOT “black”. He is Mulatto. The Negro people
were robbed in that label. Bill Clinton wasn’t “the first
black President” either.
