I’d believe that over a stroke. Can’t see that unless it was really minor. My brother had a minor one a few months ago, but his functions have returned largely to normal (for him!)
I hope this good doctor is ready for his professional reputation, his job security, his library card, his credit rating, is tax history, and the condition of all his cars, running and not running, to be put under heavy scrutiny.
