I’d believe that over a stroke. Can’t see that unless it was really minor. My brother had a minor one a few months ago, but his functions have returned largely to normal (for him!)
He was very fair, but he said that she has (admitted to) at 3 concussions over the past 20 yrs (1998?, 2009, 2012) and that plus stress could bring on early onset of dimensia.
He said Congress needs to order a medical evaluation. He also doesn’t think she is capable of being President.
