OK, so you shot yourself in the foot.
Let's review:
The fundamental NRA rules for safe gun handling are:
1. ALWAYS keep the gun pointed in a safe direction.
2. ALWAYS keep your finger off the trigger until ready to shoot.
3. ALWAYS keep the gun unloaded until ready to use.
YOU BROKE EVERY RULE.
CASE DISMISSED!

How did this even get to court? Because he’s a cop? That’s WHY it should never have reached the court, it’s ridiculous!

If you’re going to do some gunsmithing, even something as rudimentary as attaching a light, unload the weapon first - mag and chamber.

The plaintiff in the case, Larry Jones, of Cherry Valley, Arkansas, was injured when his Glock 19C pistol discharged unexpectedly at the shooting range in June 2013, the lawsuit says. At the time he was trying to attach a tactical Oh, good grief.
To: Talisker
His suit *might* have a better chance if it was lodged against whoever gave him his firearms training. On the other hand, I’m pretty sure whoever that was told him not to do anything this stupid.

4. Don't service or alter your gun when it's loaded.
5. Do not rely on the safety to protect you if you violate any of rules 1. through 4.

This WILL BE how Hillary ends the legal purchasing of guns - it will by her judges allowing ridiculous lawsuits like this to go through.
Of course the NEVER-TRUMPERS don’t really care if they have to give up their guns - as long as they get Hillary elected.

Not gunsmithing-the lights slide right on the rail and are tightened down. Simple operation
But always best to do when unloaded and with your booger hook off the bang button.
A lot is made of Glocks lack of a “Safety” IT has a variety of mechanical devices that prevent discharge unless the trigger is being pulled intentionally. Much like a revolver
The primary safety is between the shooters ears. He didn’t use it

Don’t f’around with a gun ever.
