A convicted sex offender faces new charges of rape and sexual indecency after allegedly supplying two minors with drugs in exchange for sex.

Jacob Allen Piguet, 22, of Huntsville, faces two counts of rape and two counts of sexual indecency, according to documents filed last Friday in the Madison County Circuit Clerk’s Office.

According to a police report dated July 27, Piguet allegedly confessed to police that he met with two 13-year-old females and supplied them with marijuana in exchange for sexual favors. One of the females told police that on one occasion, he "got her really stoned and he had intercourse with her,” and that at one point she pushed Piguet off of her, but “he pushed her back down and continued to have sex with her.”

The report states that Piguet told police the girls threatened to contact the police "and get him into trouble" if he "didn't do what they wanted."

Piguet was arrested that night on charges of internet stalking of a child, sexual grooming of a child, sexual indecency with a child and rape.

On Jan. 11, 2016, Piguet pleaded guilty to terroristic threatening in the first degree and three counts sexual assault in the fourth degree after allegedly having sex with a 15-year-old girl in Gentry. He was sentenced to six years probation and 120 days in the county jail, with 100 days credit for time served, according to court documents.

Piguet is scheduled to appear in Madison County Circuit Court on Sept. 13. He is currently being held at the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of a $25,000 bond.

I assume that was his first offense. Maybe it was consensual? Maybe he had Hillary for a lawyer?

This time he's a sexual predator, repeat offender, and the whole country is watching. He won't be back for a while, and he'll walk funny when (if?) he does.
