The latest edition of the edgy French publication features a cartoon entitled "Earthquake, Italian-style," which depicts victims of the 6.2-magnitude quake with varying degrees of injury, each likened to an Italian recipe.
A severely bleeding man is labelled "penne with tomato sauce." A woman with a badly bruised or burned face is "penne au gratin." And a pile of victims pancaked beneath a collapsed building, their legs sticking out from the bloodied rubble, is "lasagna."

It’s like this other idiot who refused to stand for the national anthem because he despises a country that pays him $14M per year. “You exercised you right of free speech, as you may. Now, we will exercise our freedom of speech and freedom of association to let you know exactly how we feel about your contemptible behavior.”
Are you kidding? Have you been paying any attention at ALL??? The whole reason they got shot up is that they were unafraid to lampoon and make fun of Muslims and Mohammed.
The lampooning of Muslims that precipitated the attack was completely acceptable, the only group who had a problem with it was Muslims.
This one is just tasteless, I think they could have come up with something better. This is the wrong thing to be making fun of.
