Well, guess what...we already have boots on the ground. I think there are around 3000 in Iraq. I don't think they've let any numbers out on Syria...and/or maybe Turkey.
And I think I went back to what Obama's generals were saying....(Generals that retired)...who said you can't take anything off the table...while referring to ISIS and boots on the ground.
What Hilliary meant was that American soldiers will not be allowed to wear boots in war against ISIS. Instead they will wear slippers.
