If we can’t retain ownership of Internet 1.0, I suggest Trump order the creation of Internet 2.0 just for the USA. Allowing Obama to go micromanage Internet 1.0 into the ground from Brussels, Kenya or wherever.
He will have a list of Obama’s illegal executive orders he is rescinding.
I would like to hope another one is a warrant for Hillary’s arrest, but we will need a new Justice Department installed first.

One thing about Trump that will greatly help him in taming the federal leviathon, is that he has decades of experience at the top of a large organization. He’s already got finely honed instincts where it comes to rooting out trouble makers and misfits down the chain of command.
In fact, I’d be willing to bet that he’s done it for so long, that it’s just standard operating procedure for him. A successful exec like Trump demands compliance and performance from his immediate juniors, and insists that they ruthlessly root out the non-compliant dead weights directly below them, and so on.
He’s an expert at that sort of thing.
Send Obama’s Syrians packing.

He can't just issue an executive order rescinding all previous executive orders. He has to rescind them by specific executive order, such as : Executive Order # of January 22, 2006, concerning such and such, is revoked.. Now, he can list all the executive orders he is rescinding in one executive order. So, I think the very first one listed will have to do immigration. Therefore, technically, that would be the first one revoked.
There is a long list for the first day, and which happens to be #1 is mere symbolism. I’m interested in the substance.
1. Rescind every Obama executive order and executive action.
2. Grant individual lifetime Obamacare waivers granted to every US citizen and every company in the United States. Let Congress repeal Obamacare when they can, but make it harmless now!
3. Revoke all immigration waivers, with an executive order to deport all illegals convicted of any crime in our country.
4. Reassign any government official who abused the power of their office to jobs that cannot be abused and then hold fair hearings to see if they should be terminated through due process. Bye bye to Lois Lerner and all her minions!
Laudable goal, but you need to read the Constitution.
