That, to me, is the big thing. I'm not 100% sure how it works, but I know Clinton has spent a lot of time "fund raising". I think that is HER war-chest. I don't think the DNC controls it.

If Biden or Warren becomes the new nominee, how much money do they have $1.50??

I'd consider that to be a big problem with less than 2 months to go.
