Facing a crowd of about 100 people in support of renaming School 34 in honor of President Obama, the Jersey City school board last night reversed its opposition to the move and advanced a measure approving of the name change.
"We did it and we did it TOGETHER!" Assemblywoman Angela McKnight, who led the effort to name the Kennedy Boulevard school after the president, wrote on Facebook last night after the vote. If the renaming is formalized next month as expected, Obama would be the second president whose name graces a Jersey City school. Lincoln High School is named for the nation's 16th president.

I read a lot of the comments left by the Joisey folk at the original site. They mostly sounded like drooling idiots barely able to recite Odungo’s name and chief propaganda points. They had obviously been trained to blame BUSH for all government ills, even though he’s been out of office for nearly 8 years and this traitorous collection of pathogens has been in charge. I was highly unimpressed with the intellectual abilities of that school’s administration (”If it’s black, it’s good”) or most of the commentors. Truly a morass of dummytude.

In the unlikely event that this was not obvious from the name change to honor a failed communist, School 34 is the very lowest ranked school in Jersey City (against mostly weak competition), ranking 4 points below the second worst school, and twelve points below the district average.

What is this “Bam!” garbage? I take it as, “Yes, I’m a biased reporter. It’s being named after our king and if you don’t like it, IN YOUR FACE.”
There can’t be anyone proud of the school, but certainly many are proud it will be named after BHO .
The slogan “First in Quality Education” needs an asterisk * Your results will necessarily vary. “Just words”
Graduates move on to Joseph Stalin Jr. High.
