Exactly. Trump has provided a tremendous service in that alone.

During two of Trump’s recent rally speeches, he actually quoted Bible verses (I believe it was 1John) and then said “And this means” and proceeded to tell us what it meant.
Although it was quite an amazing thing to behold, for some reason, I found the whole experience to be extremely humorous. I guess I was imagining those media/cameramen people in the back listening to him and wondering how in the world Donald Trump came to be quoting Scripture! I found it to be a simply wonderful moment in time.

I believe there is a difference between Mainline “Christianity” and Evangelical Christianity.
The mainline churches do not necessarily even believe in a hell or that Jesus is really God, or in the infallibility of the Word of God, the Bible.
In my experience, they do not lay out the real road to salvation.
Donald Trump grew up in one of those mainline churches.
Norman Vincent Peale (The Power of Positive Thinking) was the pastor. This gave Donald a wonderful outlook on life, but hardly communicated what each person needs to do in order to be saved.
I do believe Dr. Dobson when he revealed that when one of the pastors at that big meeting they had, actually presented the Gospel plan of Salvation, he did indeed ask Christ into his life, and became a born-again Christian at that time.
Of course, none of us really knows actual facts and thus, we choose to believe whatever narrative we wish : )

Seeing the incredible push by all of the DC power-brokers to have Trump withdraw over this has convinced me that it's not an act. TPTB really are scared of him and desperately want Hillary to win. That's good enough to convince me to vote for Trump.
It wasn't the locker room talk itself that convinced him. It was the reaction to it.
But he didn't change his vote on the basis of the guy talk incident, but the establishment's REACTION to it.
It made him realize just what was going on. It opened his eyes to see the power brokers going after him so bad over something insignificant.

I have been thinking about how to best fight the Uni-Party since this “scandal” came out. IMO, a mass exodus from the Republican party might just send a message letting them know we are sick of their BS. I have already left the GOP.....did it after our primary. I am now a proud Independent.....who does NOT do polls and hangs up on any political calls. Let them guess who has my vote. Trump 2016
