Is Freerepublic down?

I googled and was told FR was up, but maybe not for me. When I sign in/in ... I get the FR latest posts splash page but "your inquiry returned no results"
It's almost 5PME here and it has been down since around 330
I attempted a freepmail and I think it went through so this problen may be just the main page
I'm confused

I am getting an error 504 code but when I try again, I can get in fine. Seems to be a sporadic issue.

Try a different browser. There was a thread yesterday on alamo-girl.com where some browsers were working and other’s were not. I’m using Chrome to not post this.

just re-booted and when I try .. even now .. to go back to the forum page, I get a blank latest post page ...(all the logo and hot buttons are there) but no forum posts ...
just your query returns no result
