The film crew for CBS 60 Minutes went to Sweden to capture footage and interviews of migrants being peaceful to contrast them from the violent ones causing riots. Right after the police left, however, one of the film crew was punched in the face by a refugee.

The attack was seemingly unprovoked, but adherents of the Muslim faith have assaulted people merely for filming them before, saying that Westerners were “not allowed” to for reasons unknown.
The female reporter and narrator then tries to reason with the rabid migrants, telling them to be calm. The migrants ignore her and keep assaulting the film crew. The conflict was ended when an anonymous man on a motor scooter plowed into one of the migrants. The film crew made their escape.
60 Minutes did not use any of this footage when this episode was released by CBS.

Back in 1980, 60 minutes was doing a segment about the UN bungling of famine relief efforts in northern Uganda. The film crew asked me to fly them around the area. After we returned, an Oxfam worker arrived bringing two young boys in need of an emergency flight to the nearest hospital.
They had been playing with two other friends when the Ugandan army drove by on a lorry. The army, members if the Acholi tribe, fired an RPG at the boys, members of the Karamajong tribe. Acholi & Karamajong are enemies.
Two of the boys were killed outright. One of the boys I took to the hospital had his abdomen riddled with shrapnel, the other's legs were blown out just below the knees.
The 60 Minutes crew filmed the loading of the boys into my helo, then interviewed the Oxfam worker, a British settler and long-time resident. When the segment aired on US TV, this incident was omitted. This was at a time when the entire US press was in an uproar about black South African police firing tear gas at a mob of black 'children' (late teens) enroute to firebomb the home of a black town councilor in Soweto.
The Press are such hypocrites!
