That is because natural fats are good for you and nuts also have great minerals in them.

Yeah, about that. Next it’ll be nuts will kill you. The MSMLSD goes on about how caffeine is good, then bad then good; wine is good then bad then good. Rats, rather eat/drink what I want (in moderation of course) and enjoy life.

Anything that has as much fat as nuts do has to be healthy!

Sounds good. I eat a lot of peanuts.

Most any nut my wife eats makes her breakout with a bad case of acne. She’ll have to find a good alternative.

Why do we never see almond butter, cashew butter, walnut butter...only peanut butter?
To: nickcarraway
This is good news! I keep a large jar filled with walnuts and dried cranberries on my kitchen counter and I eat a handful or two every day.
Finally I am doing something right!

and Filbert.

I generally have a bit of date walnut cake for lunch, from our local Co-op. Tastes great, and good for you too.

I like pistachios, peanuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, and walnuts. Oh, and almonds! Except for the walnuts, they are all covered with salt! Yummm

If you want an expert on “nuts”, just call Hillary Clinton. She has a whole box full of them, and other things.
Or in TV police language, “franks and beans”.

So Don Lemon and Anderson Cooper should be pretty healthy, if I’m not being too subtle.
