Donald Trump is right that the media delayed calling PA and and some other states for him because of their bias. He should have been allowed to make a speech earlier on Election night. It was bs by the media that the states were close enough for a recount or the electors may defect.
If you go look at the final vote counts of those states, they did close the lead considerably from where they were late that night.
An 11,000 vote win in Michigan is well within the possibility of Detroit absentees and provisionals, in fact it got down to 11,000 from about 50,000 as a result of those.
And keep in mind one very important fact. The states have different rules on absentees. Some allow absentee ballots arriving AFTER election day (but postmarked by election day) to be counted. They know how many absentee ballots they sent out to voters requesting them. They can’t know how many will come back. But if the number they sent out and not yet returned exceeds the current lead, then one cannot reasonably “call it”.
The reality is the media were IDIOTS on election night, It was obvious by 9pm Hillary was going to lose PA, and lose it by a sizeable margin... even though she had a huge lead at that point... the media was all look at MI look at WI... and I just sat there grinning ear to ear, as I watched Hillary’s lead evaporate and they were still propping up MI and WI... Finally they realized she was in Trouble in PA much later...
Why? Because they are lazy idiots... Hillary camp told them, she comes out of Philly with 450k lead, she’d win the state... Philly reported early, always does, and she had more than that.. ... but it wasn’t going to be enough... and she got crushed as the rest of the state began to come in, and her lead melted like butter in a hot skillet.
I enjoyed every second of their incompetence.... I loved them sitting there trying to find votes for her when there were none coming... She was done... She was done.. PA could have been called by 9ish by someone with an honest understanding of this state, and not just a parrot of whatever they were told by the Hillary campaign, and certainly by 10 it was obvious she was DONE... forget what time it was when they finally started to realize she was in trouble in PA, but it was wall after anyone with any remote inkling of an understanding of this state knew she had lost it.
I loved it, they spent hours talking about WI and MI... While I was sipping a Rum and Coke, knowing it was over. Once FL was officially called, it was DONE... Everything after that, was drama created by folks who just were incompetent boobs. Had FL gone the other way, the late night drama would have been needed to see if MI and WI would go Trump... but PA, any honest analysis of the state, by someone who wasn’t a hack or a paid Hillary shill. By 11:30 Trump had a 10k lead, and 90% of the districts were in PA, and the networks were still talking about WI and MI...
They honestly just bought into what Hillary camp told them, and were incapable, of seeing reality.. as they had been all campaign. They didn’t even notice PA for another 1/2 hour!
