Bama’s offense is its own worst enemy. Almost all their drives stopped because of their own penalties, not the Husky D. Maybe Sark will let Hurts play his own game.

After SC installed its new QB in game four and began playing to its potential, it exposed Washington, in Seattle--held them to 17 (seventeen!) yards rushing and rolled over them.
As with most things, more is not better.
There used to be about 5 major bowls at the end of the season. A couple of years ago, I counted 50. 50 bowls! Half of them play teams that are in the 6-6 win-lose range. Why would a team that only won half of its games be ‘honored’ with a bowl appearance?
Maybe. I don’t watch much tv at all...
However, in this game, the teams are being honored and rightly so.
Both are a wee bit better than 6-6 teams!

Actually after paying expenses for sending the team, and the band, colleges wind up losing money by going to bowls.
