At the Inauguration, I liked Melania’s the best. Hated that pantsuit Ivanka was wearing.
At the balls, Ivanka was ... WOW!! That dress was drop-dead gorgeous! Didn’t like Melania’s at first, but it kind of grew on me. It definitely showed her figure when she was dancing.
Kellyanne seems to be one of those nice eccentrics who likes to look a bit different w/o going over any cliffs. Many very smart people have some small quirks which make them more lovable - and dangerous to those who would F### with them. ;-)

Personally I find just about any “fashion” outside of conservative business dress a bit odd. But my cousin who spent decades as a buyer for a large clothing corporation and was in and out of NYC’s garment district frequently once told me that the art of fashion will grow on you if you accept it. Much like a curious painting. So I adopted that that mantra and yes, she also told me to read Dress For Success and save myself a bundle with a functional and interchangeable wardrobe. That said, as my career has wound down quite a bit I still have “proper” attire that is functional and appropriate for just about any circumstance.
So I embrace the Conway fashion statement, it wasn’t elegant nor was it conservatively functional but it worked... sort of.
KellyAnne looked great. The Leftists know she is talented and smart and successful in what she does and not afraid of them. They use Alinskyite tactics in trying to find any stupid way they can to mock her with ad hominem attacks that have absolutely no substance.
She’s a worthy adversary and they know it. Her outfit was perfect for this occasion. Her role was not to wear a Ralph Lauren. The first lady is the fashion statement. KellyAnne was not hired to be a fashion statement. By criticizing her, the Left actually drew more attention to the message of her outfit! The Left shot itself in the foot. The Marxist Left have a fit at the combination of red, white, and blue. The rest of the country loves it.
I’m sure you enjoy her ability to have the last word and expose the media’s idiocy. I love it!

All I could think of when I saw Michelle was “Gone with the Wind”. Scarlet used the draperies to outfit herself, but I thought Michelle took up a red wall to wall carpet. And her hairdo didn’t last, started as a bun, and ended as a pony tail. But, of course, it was no contest, so I guess Michelle decided to settle and be comfortable.
Yes, it was probably the most beautiful person and outfit I’ve eve seen ... I’m trying to get over the impact of seeing her in that blue outfit, and then her evening dress. THO, I tend to think in the evening, Ivanka was even more striking but her dress was perfect for her and her age, would not (possibly) have worked as well for Melania. In any case, Trumps are by FAR, immeasurably far, the most beautiful, not to mention accomplished, First Family ever.
