I would expect the previously normal "backgound radiation" in the Pacific to rise.
Certain species of gamefish caught in the Pacific Ocean are going to suspect of radiation poisoning; imagine having to go to the 'Fish Monger' with a gieger counter ?
Absent any effective control, it will impact on all forms of sea life (scallops, fish, clams, seals, birds, etc.)

Don’t give Brown ideas. Presently it is in the works to raise gasoline by 80 cents a gallon in California, and add $65 additional to the already high rate to register your cars each year. (We have to pay every second year to have our cars pass the smog test.) Boo and hiss, Brown. He’s not working out.
