Wait a minute, six FIREFIGHTERS cannot lift a 485 pound weight? They need six others to help? I used to walk around the gym with 120 pounds in EACH hand at age 68. I only stopped doing that because my elbows started to bother me some. I am nearing 73 now and I guarantee that if I had three assistants who could lift what I can we would easily lift that guy now. In my heyday five years ago I would have only needed one other equal to myself and it would not have been a great strain. How can these firefighters carry an average weight person out of the way of danger if SIX OF THEM cannot lift a mere 485 pounds?
He’s a muscular and active side of beef. That makes all the difference in the world.

You’ve probably already considered it, but why not gastric bypass surgery? A friend at work had this done a couple of years ago - she says it hasn’t been easy or complication-free, but on the whole she’s happy she did it. She looks much healthier, and she’s able to walk much longer distances (she no longer uses a handicapped space in the parking lot) and climb stairs.
“Did you ever see a fat Chinese?”
Not really but what about that tub of lard that runs N. Korea?

How does one get fat on Chinese food? Their food is fairly low cal.
