Why didnt these people get thrown in jail for smuggling horse nuts into the country? Concealing things in childs juice boxes to sneak it past authorities IS ILLEGAL. It just as easily could have been symtex or pure opium. Thats ok, we will let you go with a warning.

ALL the laws are important, or NONE of the laws are important.

IGNORANCE OF THE LAW IS NO EXCUSE and letting people skirt the law when you know they have broken it is criminal in itself.

They did not try to hide or evade the meats or yak milk. They readily submitted for routine agricultural inspection.

I know a lady who brought and orange from overseas with her back to the USA. When she landed in NY they confiscated it.

The problem is no outside foodstuffs that haven’t been passed government inspections can be let into this country for reasons of agricultural diseases......................
